Hi guys, I am completely lost and don't know what to do with my internet. I have packet loss and have been trying different solutions without any success. Originally I thought the problem is with my Orbi wi-fi mesh system. Tried everything, posted on their forum. Couldn't solve the problem.
I called my internet provider, they came 2 times - no success. They also say it's from the router and it's not their fault.
I am using a desktop PC that is one room away from my router. Today I bought a long cable and directly connected my PC to the internet.
To my surprise, I am still losing packages. So, maybe after all the problem is with my internet provider? Can you please check the data I get from PingPlotter and advice what to do? Should I change my mesh router or should I change my internet provider? This is what I get:

Somewhere around 15:10 I plugged the cable directly to my PC. Before that it was wi-fi. As you can see, the ping dropped, but I kept losing packets.
The internet provider keeps telling me I should look at the results I get from Command Prompt and then typing my IP -t. As an uploaded file you can see what results I get there as well. It says 0 packets were lost during the same time while I was running PingPlotter and there it shows a lot of packets being lost...
So, what is going on with my internet? Please help...
