humpty30 Registered: 06/10/20 Posts: 1	looking for help dont know were to go. i used ping plotter to collect data and was wondering if some can read it. My ISP says everything is fine. its been going on for a year. when playing games packet loos high latency and speeds go up and down all the time with in few seconds. paying for 1gb 15 upload. just need someone to put me in the right direction.

We are more than happy to take a look at your PP2 files and give you our two-cents on it. To export your data as a PP2 file from PingPlotter go to File > Export Sample Set > All Data. You can send the PP2 files to this thread or you can email them to Support@Pingman.com! If you need anything else let me know! Thanks, -TJ
