Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out - I'm happy to help you interpret some PingPlotter stuff.

It sounds like you're having connection troubles while gaming and found PingPlotter to troubleshoot, but it's hard to make sense of the data.

I'd be glad to help explain a few things if you could provide me with your Share Page. You can share PingPlotter data by performing the following:

1. Trace to a target for at least 24 hours.
2. Set your Focus to All.
2. Click File -> Share -> Create Share Page .
3. Once the page is created in your browser, copy the URL address and paste it into your reply. This allows us to download and import the data so we can inspect it directly.

In the meantime, here are a few articles which may help you interpret the program a bit better:

- Interpreting Latency and Packet Loss
- Common Network Problems
- Fixing my Network

Please let us know if you have any questions!

All the best,

Austin Berner
