Playing Diablo 3 this last weekend, I started experiencing some very heavy in game lag. Then, I noticed that same lag while browsing. Same thing on a completely different computer while in GoToMeetings.

So, having updated drivers, bios, firmware, and having the ISP (Xfinity) verify everything on their side, I downloaded PingPlotter.

I connected to the Diablo server and ran the test. I started playing Diablo as normal, and very quickly experienced the lag. Here's what PingPlotter captured.

I'm having trouble interpreting this. It looks as if packet loss occurred all over the place?
