blkcrx Registered: 05/06/13 Posts: 1	Hey guys looking at using your software which seems great I tested the software on my laptop which run’s windows XP, I then moved it to our office monitoring box and the software seems to hang / slow down to a crawl when monitoring sites after maybe 30 seconds of monitoring, are there any know issues with windows 7 ? Any advice or compatibility options would be fantastic! Kindest Regards James

Pete Ness Registered: 08/30/99 Posts: 1106 Loc: Boise, Idaho	Hi, James. There's no known issues with Windows 7 - and no known issues where it hangs and/or slows down to a crawl after 30 seconds. It may be, though, that your auto-save interval is set to something unreasonable (like 1 second), which might cause something like this. For best support, send a support ticket from the Help menu in MultiPing - this will send your setup and we can do more investigation of the problem. Best wishes, Pete
