Hi, Shane.

If you're having the same problem when logged in to the local console, then we should troubleshoot that first.

Are you absolutely certain that PingPlotter Pro is running as a service? If you check your "Processes" list (in task manager), is PingPlotter.exe listed there?

From the local console, try opening the "Services" control panel applet, and stop and then restart PingPlotter Pro from there. Is there anything in the system tray when you do this?

If none of this makes any forward progress, do the following (again, from the local console):

* Stop the PingPlotter service (from the Control Panel applet).
* Run PingPlotter manually from the Start->All Program->PingPlotter Pro group.
* Go to Edit->Options, Windows Service.
* Use the "Update Service" button. If it's disabled, but "Install Service" is enabled, use that instead.
* Close PingPlotter Pro.
* Start the PingPlotter service (from the Control Panel applet).

If this still doesn't show PingPlotter in the system tray, then launch PingPlotter Pro again from the Start menu, and submit a support ticket from there (Help -> Email PingPlotter Support...) - that will send us some additional information that should help troubleshoot.
