adrian shurmer Registered: 01/23/06 Posts: 1	Hi, I'm using a Linksys HG200 and finding that I only see the 1st and last hop. I have run PingPlotter whilst using the Sagem modem provided by my ISP and all is okay, so I'm fairly sure it's the Gateway at fault. I have taken steps to udate the firmware from the Linksys site but this has not improved matters. Has anyone else had the same issue with this Linksys equipment? and has anyone found a way to resolve it? Adrian <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

Here's one: http://www.chrisjames.me.uk/blog/_archives/2005/5/28/891895.html We've had some problems with other Linksys routers over the years. They usually get things sorted out, but it sometimes takes a while. Sorry we don't have a better answer for you here. - Pete
