This might be my memory but when I started using MultiPing I believe that choosing the timeline graph on several hosts the graph automatically was "laid" on top of each other.

Now I have 2 problemes. The first is as mentioned above but that I have to "make space" for the graphs as they don't get shown automatically.

The second is that sometimes the graph isn't shown at all. It's just a grey graph like the attached image.

Hi, Jimmy.

Timegraphs do not get automatically enabled unless you have that option turned on in the View menu. I don't think I adequately understand the symptoms you're seeing to offer advice. Can you open a support ticket on this at support@nessoft.com?

I also don't think I understand the problem in your second graph (next post). It looks normal to me.

Pete, could you perhaps take a look at these:

http://www.gratishost.dk/uploads/Broken.zip
Shows how the shown timelines gets stock together.

http://www.gratishost.dk/uploads/Working.zip
Shows how it worked to begin with and the way I would like it to be.

Ah-hah. I see what you're talking about here.

This is the way MultiPing is designed to work. The upper graph area has priority over the lower graph area when things are added / removed from the display. You have a lot of targets in the upper graph in the "Broken" example, but only 2 on the "working" one. As you add time graphs, MultiPing resizes the time graph area to make room - and when it sees that the upper graph is completely covering, it leaves enough room for time graphs, but makes room for the upper graph.

Once you've added your time graphs, just resize the lower graph area to your preference with the splitter bar. This will let *you* control how much room you prefer the upper and lower graph areas to have.

OK, then it's allright!

In my case it would be better if the timelines just were laid on top of each other (like the working one). Yes, I have quite a few hosts but normally I don't have more than 5 hosts that I need to concentre on, so that's why.

Pete, I got the "first problem" today. Please see:
http://www.gratishost.dk/uploads/Grey.zip

Till now I thought it perhaps was a "resource" problem on my computer but today I had just started my computer and had nothing else running.

Pete, did you ever find time to investigate this?

We've not duplicated this here, but we're budgeting some MultiPing development time so we can get the next feature / bug release out, and we have high hopes of this happening relatively soon.
