Hi,
I'm new to this just discovered all this from reading though the Cox forums. Pretty much have been having an issue with awful upload speeds/packet loss the last few days making it very difficult to remote work & game. A Cox technician is coming this week to diagnose it, but before he did I just tried seeing if I could confirm the issue is on my hardware or theirs.


Here's a plot of my ping plotter, I see I start getting packet loss at Hop 2 which seems to carry through all the way. I'm a bit confused how I should read this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
