Quick background. All of my hard ware is new or at least a year or so old. Modem MB8611 ASUS AX86u. New coax from pole to house and from house to modem-installed by comcast. Cat8 ethernet cables from mono price. Ive been telling comcast something isn't right for a while and I finally got around to somewhat understanding pingplotter and I can see it all starts after hop 1 which would suggest there is not an issue with my equipment. But please correct me if im wrong. ALSO, I have the 1200/35 package from xfinity. Thanks for any input in advance.
