Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry you're having some trouble setting up your MultiPing alert.
I've gone ahead and set up a quick example of what the parameters should look like for these requirements. See attached.
1. This alert will fire when the target is down for 10 consecutive samples. 2. Email notifications will continue to send at 30-minute intervals until the alert condition ends. 3. When the alert condition ends (target is back online - i.e. 10 consecutive samples are free from 10 samples of packet loss), the "UP" email notification will send.
