Hi my english rly bad , but i dont found any help in my country .

MY porblem is the random packet loss, totaly random , random number and random times, I Try to solved, i change my cable , my modem the internet host give the new modem and changing lots of cable end etc, i refress drivers and windows, the problem is in pc , in laptot with wifi in phone and in pc ( With cable) Somebody tell me the problem maybe the interferenc or the overpowered internet in my sublet , bcs i going to my friend who live about 50 meteres far aways and he dont have any problem , when i use pingplotter totaly clear everything, i take some pic maybe this is help for you RLY THX your help,
