MSI Afterburner (a graphics card monitoring/overclocking utility) v4.3.0, combined with a background service it installs, Rivatuner Statistics Server v6.6.0 causes your program to not launch properly as described above. Once I disabled those, Pingplotter 5.4.3 launches fine.

Not sure with whom the fault lies exactly, but there it is.

On Windows 10 x64 1703 (15063.332)

Edit - Updating Rivatuner Statistics Server to v7.0 Beta 19 resolves the issue permanently, I no longer have to exit it in order for Pingplotter to launch.

I'm experiencing this issue again now (I was the one that made that reddit post) on the latest insider build of Windows 10 x64 (build 16257.1). If I close MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner PingPlotter works. If I don't I get a "PingPlotter has stopped working" message as soon as I try to launch it. Also if I close AfterBurner and RivaTuner, launch PingPlotter then launch AfterBurner again PingPlotter crashes. I'm already running the latest beta version of RivaTuner you mentioned, and I did not have this issue in the previous insider build.

Not sure who needs to fix what but figured I'd give the PingPlotter devs a heads up and hopefully help out anyone else that experiences this issue. Maybe hopefully this wont occur on the "RTM" release version of the fall creators update.
