Hello, I have already presented a situation here in the Forum in this thread https://www.pingman.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/2856/Packet_Loss_Issues#Post2856, but in fear of just making a new comment and not getting answered, I decided to make a new post, hope you guys don't mind.

The thing is I have, as you can see in the videos here: https://youtu.be/ygkvHknRc8U (Wi-fi) and here https://youtu.be/ViF2HT7szM4 (cable), packet loss in hop 1 all the time, either with cable or wi-fi, I would like to know if this could be a router problem?! I have done the ping test with another Internet connection in my girlfriend's house and with this same computer I had no packet loss, so the problem cannot be my computer, I guess.
Also note that I defined the Interval has 0,5 seconds. Could this be a router problem? I also connected via cable to my router and saw that at that moment 6 computers (including two android phones) were connected to the wireless, could that be the reason? Or should it withstand those many devices? Also the speedtest ia cable got 120MB download and 8.5MB upload.

For further information check my other thread and comment in it.

Thank you very much for the help, have a nice day!
