We am currently using MultiPing as well to check connections in remote offices we do support as well. It is quite common that those offices WAN IP addresses change as well.

To help to get the job done, we have NO-IP DUCs running on computers on the offices and we have mapped a domain to each of the offices, so for example, the domain office1.domain.com always have the real IP of that office. I wonder how difficult would be to change MultiPing to have the domain name as the key to all the internal things that needs to control instead of the IP address. What I am trying to say is that instead of pinging the ip a.b.c.d ping to office1.domain.com, where I will put the second address to be monitored in MulitPing.

If this is fixed, not only we will suggest MultiPing to others in Japan, but we are even willing to sign a contract to resell it here in Japan (once is translated), since it does do the job that we need to get done!
