Securing the Web Interface with SSL


I've been running the PingPlotter Web GUI, and I am hoping to have it secured with SSL. How can I do this?


We don't have an officially supported way to do an SSL securing of your web interface. However, we do have a workaround for now which employs a reverse proxy using nginx and an SSL certificate easily obtained from a free CA.

This *should* work for you for the interim while we look to find a better permanent solution for our newest generation of product. This page will be updated when a solution has been implemented - check back later!
