Alert Message Format

Since I have the alerts from Multiping sent to my cell phone, I am finding the length and format of the alerts makes for up to three messages.
My cell phone and many pagers that are out there can only display 120 char per message. This includes spaces in the message.

If we could have a way of choosing between a long format and a short one line format that would be great. Making both editable as to what we wish them to say.

I only need to know that the server is down and that it came back online.

The subject line currently contains this information, you could have a user option to send the alerts with only the subject line and nothing in the body.
