Add UDP... but TCP too!

Adding a UDP (like UNIX traceroute) has been brought up many times. But I went looking specifically for a TCP tracing program - and found how RARE this feature is. Finding out who is blocking what seems a new battle these days.

PingPlotter is a gem for novice and power-user alike. This would keep it on top of the pack, where it belongs.
