Delay in log to file alert

Hi,

I have ping plotter pro trial version running on my server. I have added about 200 URLs for trace route. Also, for each URL, I have added a alert for logging the entire route to file.
Today, I noticed that there is a delay of about 1 hour in the log file creation. Did not understand the reason for the same.

It's honestly a bit tough to diagnose this one without a bit more information. Specifically - we would need to get a look at your alert configuration and settings to better narrow down what the culprit here may be.

Would you be able to send us a support ticket directly from PingPlotter ("Help" -> "Email PingPlotter Support") so we can take a closer look at this?
