i'm really not sure why my router is acting like this i switched from highspeed to bb. i got a cisco with built in wifi

That's pretty typical and doesn't indicate that there's any problems. Have a look here for details:

Have a look here, too (for information about hops 10 and 12). In general, I think your connection looks pretty solid, based on the final destination's performance.

well is the packet loss outta my control? because it makes me dc in aion over an over over its getting to the point where i dont even play mmorpg's currently because of all the nerd rage im exp'n atm

I don't see any packet loss at the final destination for the data you included. If you're getting disconnects, trace with PingPlotter to your gaming server while you're playing. When you get disconnected, look at PingPlotter for packet loss at your gaming server. If you see packet loss at the final destination, then look for other hops with the same packet loss patterns. The first hop that's showing similar issues could be the culprit.

You have packet loss at hop 1 - that's not an indication of problems. There is no reason to solve that problem - it's not influencing your final destination. That packet loss is almost certainly not the cause of your disconnects.
