All I want is to determine the Mbps of my ISP for my computer - is this the right product and how can I if so - THANKS!!!!!!

Sorry, PingPlotter is not built to verify raw upload / download speeds.
What PingPlotter does is to help you identify where network
bottlenecks are occurring. It's difficult to do bandwidth testing
without having a server on the other side of things built to do
bandwidth testing, so I usually use an online service for bandwidth
testing. If you using PingPlotter during a bandwidth test (with a 1
second trace interval), it will help you identify the bandwidth
constraints - and the limiting hops that are making you unable to get
the bandwidth you expect (if that's the case).
