Am I reading this right?

Sorry for the newb question, I've started reading through the guide, but I dont think this has been covered.

I did a quick test to Google with ping plotter last night and the PL% column is showing packet loss on every single hop all the way to Google. I am reading that right? I knew my connection was horrible, and loosing packets, but I wasn't expecting to see packets lost at every turn-
