Installer error, exe error

Just downloaded and ran installer 3.30.0s.
crashes on install, installer must be killed with cntrl-alt-delete.
details shows last message /regserver/quiet
running the installer again fails with error opening file for writing, pingplotter.exe.

Running the exe errors out with title bar Themida - http://www.oreans.com

Running win98, upgrading from registered Standard 3.20.1s

We regularly test under Windows 98, so it *should* work. Please email us at support@nessoft.com and we can send you a new build that may correct this problem for you.
