HOP 7 no Ip or DNS

I see HOP 7 has no IP or DNS name and shows a 100% PL

All the other HOPS have data listed for the IP, DNS, AVG and Current headings. What would cause HOP 7 to be blank with a 100% PL ?

Hi, Ben.

This comes from an intermediate router not responding to TTL=0 packets. If hop 8 looks good, then it's just the way that router is configured, and it doesn't indicate any problems.
