I can't find my issue in the knowledge base - 07/25/23 08:42 AM

I'm not sure if my trace suggests that my hardware is my issue, or the ISP. Any suggestions? My network connection just died for a couple of seconds every few minutes or so, as you can see in the graph. However, the PL for the first hop is 100%. I'm not sure how to interpret this graph.

You're definitely experiencing network issues. It's difficult to say where the issue starts just based on this screenshot alone. If you could set your Focus Time to Auto and post another screenshot, or create a share page (File --> Share --> Create Share Page) that would probably make it pretty clear what's going on.

I would recommend taking a look at our Network Troubleshooting Guide. This will walk you through step-by-step interpreting your data.

I'll keep an eye out for your updated screenshot/share page.
