Summary Tab on Startup?

Summary Tab on Startup? - 03/08/21 03:37 PM

The summary tab is what I use the most on a day to day basis, I was wondering if there is any way to open a new Summary Tab instead of a New Target tab by default when the application starts?

Hi Lumute,

Thanks for writing in!

We don't have a way to create/open a new summary tab each time the program opens. However, you can create multiple summaries if you'd like! Simply click Summaries -> Open Existing -> (New Summary), then give it a name and hit Enter.

As an alternative, you could also use a different workspace (Workspace -> Create new workspace). A workspace is a collection of traces, summaries, etc. and might provide the solution you're looking for (i.e. one workspace for personal use and the other for office/remote work).

Here are a couple of resources that might be able to help you further:

Dynamically add/remove targets to summaries

Please let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to help.
