I notice you are on an older version of PingPlotter based on your screenshot however the steps in the following article (Specific to PingPlotter version 5) should likely be pretty similar to get webhooks working with MS Teams.

If you would like to update to the latest version of PingPlotter you can do so by going to Help > Check for updates.
