Never See Hops

Hello all,

Newbie here. I never see any hops in PingPlotter Pro - regardless of the target address I use. I've uploaded a screen-shot example. Are there settings I'm missing?

Thanks for writing into the forum!

This is a classic presentation for their being a firewall close to your computer. This might be a local firewall or a firewall on your network that is forwarding ICMP packets with a TTL=0 but is blocking the return echo requests. Here is an article that goes into more detail.
