Destination Address Unreachable

So many times when I'm getting a sluggish response from a sight I will use Ping Plotter to see what the problem is. But most times it gives me several hops operating in the green or yellow, but ending with "Destination Address Unreachable." Yet the browser continues to load the sight albeit very slowly. Why does PP say it can't reach the sight when the browser obviously IS?<br><br>

Some sites block ICMP echo requests. This will result in a "Destination host unreachable" while http access could still work.
