Below result is hardwired to the router.
Tried another test on directed to a device connected to the same network and everything worked great, no latency, no pl.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Thibault,

From what we can see in your screenshot, it looks like most of the packet loss is occurring right at hop #1. This would imply that the culprit is somewhere between the machine running PingPlotter, and hop #1 (likely your modem/router). If results on another machine with a similar setup show no latency/packet loss, this might imply that the issue is something with the machine itself.

Your next goal should be to eliminate any variables (that you have control over) to see if you can isolate what the culprit is. We've got a great guide that goes over some best practices and tactics for troubleshooting issues like this one - which may prove helpful to you here:
