Hi, what is the process for upgrading the code for the remote PingPlotter instances when they are being managed with CloudConnect? Can the controller manage those upgrades? I have some agents in unattended PCs so no one is there to perform the upgrade locally.

Hi CliffChapman,

Thanks for writing into the forum!

The CloudConnect management portal does have the ability to push new versions to deployed Agents. This is something that we currently manage for you. When there is some new functionality that needs to be pushed to an agent then we will go ahead and push it out unless you don't want us to for some reason.

You shouldn't need to worry about how to upgrade your agents unless there is an issue with connectivity or some other issue that doesn't allow us to push a new version for some reason. I hope this answers your question.
